Primal Quest, Pursuit 2018 – WINNING TEAMS!

SQUAMISH, British Columbia – (September 9, 2018)
The Inaugural Primal Quest Pursuit Race was a dramatic sprint-for-the-line finish (or in this case, paddle then sprint) with 3 of the 4 participating Pursuit teams arriving within minutes of each other.
Soaking wet from non-stop rain during the last 48hrs of the race, each participant crossed the finish with a huge grin, and immediately handed a warm pie and new World OCR, the Fédération Internationale de Sports d’Obstacles (FISO) championship title.
We are excited to announce the winners of this year’s Primal Quest, Pursuit Race World OCR, the Fédération Internationale de Sports d’Obstacles (FISO) champions are:

2nd Place
Team HFTB (Hope For The Best) – #9
Total Time – 3 days, 21 hours, 11 minutes)
3rd Place
Team California Warrior – #10
Total Time – 3 days, 21 hours, 13 minutes)
About Primal Quest
Primal Quest is North America’s Premier Expedition Race. The 8th edition will take place in Canada for the first time. Scheduled for September 6-15, 2018, teams of 2 to 4 will navigate the coastal mountain range of British Columbia, running, biking, repelling, paddling and climbing together over 300-500 km.
