Event Name: Primal Quest Event Date(s): Sept 7-15, 2018
This will confirm that I have agreed to be filmed, videoed and photographed and to have my name, likeness, voice, conversation and sounds recorded by Primal Quest, LLC, Outside Television and their agents, employees, officers, directors, representatives and affiliates (hereinafter collectively referred to as “Organizers/Producers”) and by all others authorized by the Organizers/Producers in connection with my participation in the Primal Quest, LLC 2018 event.
I agree that all rights in such film, tape, photography and recorded sound (hereinafter collectively referred to as “Photography”) will be the exclusive property of the Organizers/Producers and their successors in interest, and that the Organizers/Producers may license and/or assign to others the right to use the Photography (or any portion thereof) in any manner whatsoever.
For good and valuable consideration, the receipt and sufficiency of which I hereby acknowledge, I hereby give my irrevocable consent for the Organizers/Producers to proceed with the Photography and, in conjunction therewith, I hereby waive forever, as to the Organizers/Producers and their successors, assigns and licensees, all personal rights and objections to any use made of the biographical data, my name, likeness, voice, conversation and sounds or any interview given by me, in connection with any production, program or publication, or any advertising, publicity or promotion relating thereto, or in connection with any commercial “tie-in,” sponsorship or endorsement arising there from.
I understand and acknowledge that the Film, Video and Photography (or any portion thereof) may be used, displayed, distributed, exhibited and otherwise exploited for any and all purposes whatsoever, without restriction, limitation or condition, including, without limitation, in connection with any production, program, publication, advertising, publicity, promotion, marketing, commercial, “tie-in” and/or merchandising (including, without limitation, in commercials, infomercials and similar programming that may be created by the Organizers/Producers and their successors, assigns and licensees, as well as event sponsors and suppliers), in any manner, format, media whether now known or hereafter devised, throughout the world, accompanied by any film, story narration or dialogue whatsoever.
I further understand and acknowledge that I shall not have any right of action against the Organizers/Producers, any of their successors, assigns or licensees, or any other person or entity arising out of any use of the Photography, whether or not such use is, or may be claimed to be, defamatory, untrue or censurable in nature and hereby waive any rights of privacy, publicity or any other rights of a similar nature in connection with the exploitation of the Photography. However, neither the Organizers/Producers nor any of their successors, assigns or licensees, will have any obligation to use the Photography (or any portion thereof).
I understand and acknowledge that the Organizers/Producers will proceed with the Film, Video Photography in full reliance on the above consent and release.
